Starting an exercise routine can be an intimidating process if you are carrying excess weight. Exercise can also potentially create or aggravate joint problems if not performed properly. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists will prescribe joint-safe, pain-free exercises and progress you at a pace which you feel comfortable. We provide you with direction and support so that you can regain control of your weight and health.
